"Michael Szitarity - Sales Manager"

Michael's excellent knowledge of the real estate industry provided great confidence for the successful sale of our property. He was always happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small, and was excellent to deal with face-to-face. The whole selling process was well executed and timed and the day of the auction was an exciting time. Our house sold for a very good price and both vendor and purchaser were very happy. Good job.

"Result achieved"

Michael is a very capable and honest agent. At our first meeting he impressed with his open and frank manner. He did not over sell himself or the property. He seem quite realistic as opposed to other agents we met who claimed to be able to achieve results well outside reality. Open houses seemed to go well with Michael providing updates after each one.

Michael had a great negotiation skills on the selling of the Mitcham Road property. He managed very well the marketing period. Michael gave us a constant weekly feedback of the open for inspection days and we had a great result at the end. Thanks a lot Michael!

"Blackburn Stockdale & Leggo"

We recently sold my fathers unit through Stockdale and Leggo in Blackburn. Michael Szitarity and the team were fantastic. It was an emotional time and they took care of everything, taking the stress out of the whole process. We appreciated their friendly, professional manner and they kept in contact with us the whole time. This was especially important as we are interstate. The Auction was very well advertised with plenty of open house days and the actual auction ran smoothly on the day. We were delighted with the price we received, well above our expectations. We would certainly recommend Michael at Stockdale and Leggo Blackburn.

"Outstanding Service"

We are delighted with Michael Szitarity's service. Despite the unpredictable weather on the day of our auction, the Stcckdale & Leggo Blackburn team created a wonderful atmosphere, made everyone feel welcome and achieved a result well above our expectations. In fact the whole experience of selling our house with Stockdale & Leggo was well above our expectations. Michael made everything seem so easy but we know and appreciate how hard he worked for us. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication skills and friendly advice made it easy for us and the auction result was the cream on the cake. A huge thanks also to Frank, Lena, Anthony, Anna, Daniel and Kamal. Anthony is a great Auctioneer. Such an amazing team!
