Commitment & Professionalism in Kensington When making the decision to sell our house selecting Rendina was a simple choice as whenever driving through the Kensington area the Rendina brand was prominent and seemed to be selling 90% of the properties in the area. Our initial meeting was with Nathan Colleyer and Lou Rendina. We had asked for Nathan as we had seen that he had his name on almost every sign in the area which meant he had a strong customer base. The meeting was conducted extremely professionally and plenty of research had gone into the presentation. After the meeting we had no hesitation in signing up with Nathan and Redina Real Estate as we knew that they would make every effort to achieve the best result. Right from the beginning we found Nathan to be positive, informative and proactive in the sale of our home. Once we had officially set the auction date things started to move quickly and with approximately 1 - 2 weeks of setting the auction date the first offer came in. The period from the first offer through to the final offer was about 2 1/2 days and throughout this time Nathan worked extremely hard for us in securing a successful outcome. We were impressed with his dedication through out the campaign. He regularly organized meetings with us after hours, as well as regularly showing people through on different nights during the week. After receiving our first offer at no stage did we feel pressured into accepting the offer or did Nathan try to sway as in a particular direction. Finally we would have no hesitations in recommending Nathan to anybody who looking to sell their house. His commitment, service and professionalism has allowed us to receive results we doubt we could have got elsewhere.
