The service provided by Nathan Collyer of Rendina Real Estate, well exceeded my expectations. Regular updates at varying times from 'open for inspections' to general enquires provided me with a high degree of comfort. Nathans knowledge and market understanding provided me with further insight towards selling my home. When selling a home constant contact with the Sales Executive is of high importance to me which Rendina exceeded.
The purpose of this letter is to provide a testimonial for Mr Nathan Collyer. Nathan acted as my sales consultant for my recent purchase. Nathan Collyer is an excellent ambassador for Rendina Real Estate. During my dealings with Nathan he was well groomed, professional, accommodating and easy to deal with. Nathan would also follow up any questions i had in a timely manner. He was honest, polite and provided excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nathan's consultant services to other potential buyers. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Nathan Collyer and i wish him the best in his career as he has a very bright future ahead of him.
Commitment & Professionalism in Kensington When making the decision to sell our house selecting Rendina was a simple choice as whenever driving through the Kensington area the Rendina brand was prominent and seemed to be selling 90% of the properties in the area. Our initial meeting was with Nathan Colleyer and Lou Rendina. We had asked for Nathan as we had seen that he had his name on almost every sign in the area which meant he had a strong customer base. The meeting was conducted extremely professionally and plenty of research had gone into the presentation. After the meeting we had no hesitation in signing up with Nathan and Redina Real Estate as we knew that they would make every effort to achieve the best result. Right from the beginning we found Nathan to be positive, informative and proactive in the sale of our home. Once we had officially set the auction date things started to move quickly and with approximately 1 - 2 weeks of setting the auction date the first offer came in. The period from the first offer through to the final offer was about 2 1/2 days and throughout this time Nathan worked extremely hard for us in securing a successful outcome. We were impressed with his dedication through out the campaign. He regularly organized meetings with us after hours, as well as regularly showing people through on different nights during the week. After receiving our first offer at no stage did we feel pressured into accepting the offer or did Nathan try to sway as in a particular direction. Finally we would have no hesitations in recommending Nathan to anybody who looking to sell their house. His commitment, service and professionalism has allowed us to receive results we doubt we could have got elsewhere.
During my search for a new home in Kensington, I have had the pleasure of being served by Nathan Collyer. From the first time I met Nathan at an Open for Inspection, he has served me with the utmost care and professionalism. On several occasions, Nathan has demonstrated a commitment to excellent customer service by arranging meetings and inspections beyond the normal business hours to cater to my busy life. Nathan has also shown me that he pays attention to his clients needs and wants by constantly presenting to me properties that meet my criteria both aesthetically, functionally and within my price range. Throughout the whole process, Nathan constantly keeps me up to date with the progress of the offer and settlement procedures. I can honestly say that Nathan has taken away the stress of finding a new home for me. If there is a time in the future where I have to call upon the services of a real estate agent, I would not hesitate in contacting Nathan again. Should you wish to attain a verbal reference from me regarding Nathan Collyer, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Dear Nathan, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the expert way you handled the sale of our property. We were impressed with the way you communicated with us in regards to people going through the property, your polite demeanour and your skills in obtaining us a good price. So thanks again and we are sure with your calm and easy approach, you will have many successes.
Marie & I would like to thank you and your staff for the effort & professionalism put into the sale and rental management of the property. Special mention needs to be made of Nathan, a very pleasant and approachable young man. Nathan did an excellent job, on our behalf, in the management and negotiation of frustrating tenants who were less than co-operative in many areas during the sale period. Throughout, Nathan's communications were excellent, keeping me updated and constantly advising / verifying the direction we should take on a regular basis, and ensuring any follow through was completed, to make a successful sale. I would like to have gone through the 'Auction Process' for the experience, however I can only say, you managed a very fair outcome on our behalf. We would both like to thank yourself and Nathan, and your company for all your positive efforts, plus the flowers. Thank you all
