They say that the Chinese word translates to danger and opportunity - well Nick managed to sell our house in the most uncertain times seen in a century, All with integrity, honesty and that genuine smile never fading A true credit to the profession

"The agent you didn't know you needed"

When we decided to sell our house, our choice in Nick was simple. He was receptive to how we processed things. It was clear to us that he was experienced because he could explain things in a way that just made sense, that aligned with what we already new, and left us feeling secure and not "Pitched". What sealed the deal was his pricing structure. One rate, no "Tiers of service" and its was more than reasonable. Now this was in January 2020. We made our choice and put the house on the market. Then Covid19 hit. With everything going to hell, opens being stopped and started, interest waining and the media piling on the eventual "Real Estate Apocalypse". Nick stayed calm, he kept us calm. And while it took more time to sell. Nick and his team got it done! We sold our house, we sold for a good price and I am convinced there is no way we could have done this with him.
