"The sale of our unit"
We were in a different state and Noel's constant contact and advice was much appreciated. He worked with us tirelessly to get the best price possible in a crowded unit market, and in difficult Covid times. He continually updated us on progress, pricing and kept our needs in mind at all times. It would have been easy to take the easy option and just advise us on a lower price to move the property faster, but he knew the worth of the property and persevered.
