"The sale of our unit"

We were in a different state and Noel's constant contact and advice was much appreciated. He worked with us tirelessly to get the best price possible in a crowded unit market, and in difficult Covid times. He continually updated us on progress, pricing and kept our needs in mind at all times. It would have been easy to take the easy option and just advise us on a lower price to move the property faster, but he knew the worth of the property and persevered.

Our Family moved to Coolum Beach back in 1995 and have seen allot of changes over those years and mostly for the better, we have one of the best beaches and waves on the Sunshine Coast, plus the boardwalk which takes you up to Pt Perry and the 3 Bays of sandy beaches and rocky coves.
