We recently acquired an investment property through Nyall Greene. In dealing with Nyall you immediately get the feeling that he is both carefully listening to what you are saying, but then he actually understands your requirements, and professionally adjusts his approach to cater for YOUR particular circumstances - not his! Nyall is clearly respectful of vendor and prospective buyer alike. Nyall is very responsive, and has an astute market comprehension. We met Nyall ten years ago when we first bought this property. Nyall was representing the seller at that time but we found him great to deal with, down to earth and honest.
