"Sale of our Berwick Property"

We had utilised OBrien Real Estate Berwick as property managers for our rental property so it was logical that we used them for the sale of the property and we very pleased we did. We met with Paul Rogers at his office and on site and he advised what was required to maximise the potential sale value of the property, including having it styled, which reflected his property knowledge and professionalism. His advice, which we followed, was invaluable and I believe it, along with Pauls dedication and local knowledge led to obtaining the maximum price for the property. Even though we were travelling interstate Paul kept us fully appraised at every stage of the sales process. "Sale of our home unit in Berwick"

We decided to sell our unit. Paul Rogers came out to look at it and suggested we re-paint certain walls, which we did, and hire some furniture, which he arranged. Then we headed off overseas for 2 months, leaving it in Paul's hands. While we were away, everything Paul said would happen, did happen. He achieved a very good sale price. He emailed us a form to sign, and that was it. The property settled soon after. We were very pleased.
