"All the staff know the business and carry out their duties professionally"
I dealt directly with Paul selling my prior house. I had a good result with him last time so didnt hesitate in calling him this time to list my property. A completely different time selling now as compared to back in 2009. Paul now has his own business and excellent team on board, everything they said they would do they did. If I need a question answered they returned back with the answer in quick time. The whole team were a pleasure to work with and the result obtained from my unit sale was outstanding. "Very Professional and Supportive Team."
All the team lead by Paul were very professional and supportive throughout the process and our townhouse was sold in a difficult time in a relative short time for the price we wanted. It was tenanted at the time and Paul was supportive towards the Tennant ensuring he was able to remain as a Tennant with the least amount of disruption but ensuring good sale. Paul had a good knowledge of the local market and was able to guide us at setting our asking price and when to make adjustments. He never attempted to influence us to accept an asking lower than what we wanted just to get a quick sale.....he ensured we were not taken advantaged of. If in the future we wanted to sell our family home we would definitely use Paul Merrick again.
