"Paul made us feel so comfortable and confident throughout the whole sale process."

We recently sold our family home of over 30 years. The period leading up to the sale was a tumultuous time preparing our house to go to market. As soon as we met with Paul we felt so well supported and comfortable with his judgement and advice. Paul has a terrific team all working together to get the best result. Additionally, the photographer and videographer captured our home so beautifully we still login to view the images. Our house hit the market on Friday evening with one open house on Saturday and it was sold by Monday. Paul and his team are well across the market and draw upon a large database and social media campaign along with the conventional websites. We recently engaged Paul Merrick, of Merrick Property Group, to sell our parent's home, which had been in the family for over 50 years. Paul was highly recommended to us by a family member for whom he had sucessfully sold two blocks of land a few years ago. After interviewing 3 real estate agents, Paul was our choice, and we never regretted that choice for a moment. I would categorise Paul as professional, honest, transparent, diligent, consistent, realistic, empathetic and possessing a finely honed understanding of the local real estate market.
