"Attention To Detail"
When my wife and I made the decision to sell our property, we had a number of requirements/demands that needed an agent who was willing to listen and work with us to get the desired outcome. We found this in Paul Merrick. From our very 1st meeting my wife and I could tell that Paul had the knowledge and experience to sell our home. As we were proceeding with an off-market strategy we were heavily reliant on Paul's connections to get the word out and this decision was validated when Paul and his Team had the House sold in 3 weeks. Couldn't speak more highly of him for his integrity and his willingness to listen and be flexible throughout the sale process. If I ever need to sell again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul and the Team so do yourself a favor if you are looking to buy or sell in the Lower Blue Mountains and give the Merrick Team a go.

"Could Not Ask For More"
We first met Paul a few months back and when we had begun looking for properties within the Lower Blue Mountains area. We were immediately impressed his team's approach, and indeed knowledge of the area we were looking in. Move forward a few months later and we again had the pleasure of meeting up with Paul at a property he was viewing, and one which ticked most of our boxes. Offers were made, and we had at one time believed that we had lost out to another buyer...Paul keeping both of us in the loop at all times. immediately contacting us reference interest when that sale fell through. From that point on, and till settlement day, Paul and his team went out of their way to ensure that the whole process of purchasing the property went as smoothly as could be.
