"Fantastic Team"
Paul and all his team have been fabulous throughout the process of selling our house. The whole package included styling, open homes and private appointments tailored to our needs. "Could Not Ask For More"
We first met Paul a few months back and when we had begun looking for properties within the Lower Blue Mountains area. We were immediately impressed his team's approach, and indeed knowledge of the area we were looking in. Move forward a few months later and we again had the pleasure of meeting up with Paul at a property he was viewing, and one which ticked most of our boxes. Offers were made, and we had at one time believed that we had lost out to another buyer...Paul keeping both of us in the loop at all times. immediately contacting us reference interest when that sale fell through. From that point on, and till settlement day, Paul and his team went out of their way to ensure that the whole process of purchasing the property went as smoothly as could be. Paul himself providing much assistance and guidance in regards to various matters these novice homebuyers faced along the way. Suffice to say that we would, and indeed have, recommended Paul and Merrick Property team, to anyone wishing to buy in areas they service.

"Wonderful Experience"
We had a very positive experience selling our house with Paul and his team at Merrick Property Group. Paul has an excellent understanding of the local market and was able to guide us toward an accurate price guide which resulted in a sale that met our expectations within 2 1/2 weeks of listing. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish and we were kept informed at all times. The styling expertise of Tori and Chelsea was a great bonus, as was the advice regarding preparing our home and yard for selling. Paul is a genuine person that we were very comfortable dealing with, and we highly recommend him to anyone considering selling in the Blue Mountains/Penrith region.

"Once again, Paul exceeded expectations!"
This is the second home in three years Paul and his team has sold for me in the Lower Blue Mountains. What stands out about Paul is he has very developed emotional intelligence skills. Its that next level of something extra you look for when choosing who to task with selling your family home.
