"Attention To Detail"
When my wife and I made the decision to sell our property, we had a number of requirements/demands that needed an agent who was willing to listen and work with us to get the desired outcome. We found this in Paul Merrick. From our very 1st meeting my wife and I could tell that Paul had the knowledge and experience to sell our home. As we were proceeding with an off-market strategy we were heavily reliant on Paul's connections to get the word out and this decision was validated when Paul and his Team had the House sold in 3 weeks.
