"Responsive"

As a landlord, Rachel and her team are extremely supportive in all aspects of managing my property. Rachel manages exiting tenants, sitting tenant issues and general property elements without any fuss. Issues are raised immediately and payments are delivered on time every month. I feel that my property matters to Blue Square and this is not easy to find in leasing. Rachel was managing my property for me for years, until due to some personal circumstances, I moved into the property to live in it myself. Rachel has always been very thorough and timely with her inspection and her reports back to me. The tenants were well selected, and I know she care for the property and the tenants as well as me as the landlord. If I were to have another property, I will definitely be looking for Blue Square property to manage it for me again.
