"Went Above and Beyond!"

Rachel sincerely is the best property manager I have ever had. Hands down!

"Highly recommend"

I would recommend Rachel to every tenant. She is here to help. She responds quickly, and always tries to work things out when there is a problem, instead of just putting stress on you.

"Highly recommend"

We haven't had to rent for years so we were wrapped with the service, communication and flexibility from Rachel and the Blue Square team. I highly recommend using Blue Square Properties if looking for a property to rent.

"Amazing"

Rachel has been amazing since the moment i made contact with her. She has managed my property for a few years now. She is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and reliable and offers objective advice, I never have to worry about anything and she acts on behalf of me so her decision making process is robust. I am so glad to have met her and have recommended her to my friends and family and they have also started working with her! Thank you Rachel.

"Very Professional"

We highly recommend Rachel and her team at Blue Square Property. We have been with them for a few years now. Rachel's professionalism and responsive nature has meant our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. We have also happily recommended Rachel to our friends and family who have subsequently rented their properties through Rachel too. Their rates are competitive, their service exceptional and they build a fantastic relationship with landlords and tenants. Another benefit of working with Blue Square is that we havent seen a turnover in property managers like we have experienced with the bigger agencies. Keep up the great work Rachel and team. We look forward to another fantastic year working together.

"Responsive"

As a landlord, Rachel and her team are extremely supportive in all aspects of managing my property. Rachel manages exiting tenants, sitting tenant issues and general property elements without any fuss. Issues are raised immediately and payments are delivered on time every month. I feel that my property matters to Blue Square and this is not easy to find in leasing. I was so happy with the overall performance of Blue Square Property that I gave them my second investment property to manage as well. Very satisfied indeed.

"Process was a breeze"

Blue Square Property were recommended to me from a previous tenant who had a great tenancy experience. This was very important to me as a landlord. Rachel has been my property manager for years and is always professional, responsive and takes care of everything. Could not recommend Blue Square enough, they're reliable, friendly and make the whole process a breeze.

"Very thorough"

Rachel was managing my property for me for years, until due to some personal circumstances, I moved into the property to live in it myself. Rachel has always been very thorough and timely with her inspection and her reports back to me. The tenants were well selected, and I know she care for the property and the tenants as well as me as the landlord. If I were to have another property, I will definitely be looking for Blue Square property to manage it for me again.

"The best"

Perhaps THE BEST rental agent I've had in 30+ years of residential renting. Blue Square Property are prompt, responsive and efficient but perhaps their best quality is the friendly and supportive role afforded to their clients. Their level of quality care will make all your other experiences with other companies seem underwhelming.

"No hestitation"

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel from Blue Square Property for 6 years now as both a tenant and landlord. I was so impressed with the way she treated me as a tenant that I didn't hesitate to engage her services to look after our investment property. I have dealt with many other real estate agents and the turn over of property managers was high and the care factor low. I would highly recommend Blue Square Property.
