To start with sale process, Reece provided me with great insights of the market and various strategies we would use for this particular sale so that we understand ground realities. Reece also advised us on important things such as staging/marketing/advertising. Reece always presented us with facts through every step of the sale so that as a vendor we took take decisions. Reece is a great communicator and negotiator which helped us achieve great price within tough market for sales.
