"perfect real estate agent"

Robert was the perfect real estate agent for us when selling our house recently. He is passionate, enthusiastic and very professional about selling and buying real estate for his clients. This, tempered with his great sense of humour and friendly manner, was the perfect fit. He is very respectful and we valued his advice. We were grateful for the way he kept us up to date all through the campaign, as it was a really stressful time for all. "Robert was AMAZING!"

When it came to selling our property it was with no hesitation that we chose Robert Groeneveld of PhilipWebb. Having done due diligence with three agents, Robert was the only agent to put his proposal in writing (the other agents were very reluctant to do so) and his price for marketing was very competitive. However, it was Roberts passion, enthusiasm and professionalism combined with his kind and friendly manner that was the deciding factor in our choice. During the nerve-wracking six weeks of the auction process Robert was AMAZING! Attending every open for inspection himself and keeping us up to date within five minutes on how the open went. His expertise when assessing the market was spot on and his availability whenever we had a query was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. His very positive auctioneering and negotiating skills definitely helped us reach a very satisfying result on auction day in a difficult market.
