Only 5 days on the market & 7 offers. We sold for $35k above asking. Her Industry knowledge is outstanding, communication was regular and all advise was on point. Ronnie had 2 inspections booked the day after listing. Open on the weekend, with 2 more private viewings on both Monday and Tuesday. Ronnie worked her database of genuine buyers to get us the best possible price in only 5 days. Ronnie is amazing. We WILL get Ronnie to sell our next property, you should too!
Late last year my husband and I were doing research on properties for sale, and we met Ronnie at an open home she was hosting. Ronnie was friendly and genuine, while at the same time she was extremely professional. Even though we weren't ready to buy or sell at that point, Ronnie got our contact details and unlike many other real state agents we met, she was the ONLY one that kept contact with us, checked on our situation and kept us in the loop regularly. She patiently and persistently did that for 6 months! In June, when we were ready to sell, we jumped at the chance to use Ronnie's services! And she did not disappoint!!! From start to finish, she was professional, reliable, well informed, creative, friendly, genuine, communicative, dedicated, and hard working. She went above and beyond to find the right buyers for our unit, leaving no stone unturned. We sold within 3 weeks, for a price that we are very happy with. She made the experience easy, relaxed and we would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone! Thank you very much Ronnie! Katie and Dillion Thesner x
We have bought and sold quite a few properties in Australia. This is the first time a real estate person has delivered on all promises in fact Ronnie went above and beyond our expectations. We never had to sit back and wonder what was happening with the sale as Ronnie kept us fully informed every step on the way to the auction. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ronnie Jackson to sell your property.
Ronnie Jackson was so helpful to us from the very first meeting at a viewing. She helped us to understand all of the details to purchasing our first home and really clarified some issues for us which no one else had been able to do. Ronnie is a lovely, friendly and helpful person who kept in regular contact and was very reassuring at a very stressful time. I would definitely recommend Ronnie to anyone who was looking to buy property.
We highly recommend Ronnie to anyone looking to sell a property. We have found her to the utmost professional, her knowledge of the market and ease in which she made every part of the procedure to sell our property was very reassuring.
Ronnies attention to detail, diligence, and professional representation of her firm was as good as I have seen. Clearly she has a vested interest in seeing her clients do well, however her overriding willingness to succeed accompanied by the enthusiasm, is what ultimately gets the best results for her clients. Clearly her future is beyond selling Real Estate, but for now the aforementioned attributes is what any seller/buyer should take advantage of.
We chose Ronnie Jackson as our agent as she came across as a young and vibrant agent, and she certainly didn't disappoint. Her passion for property, and in particular the Burleigh area, along with her market knowledge is very impressive. Ronnie marketed our property beautifully and found the buyer in only 2 weeks at a premium price! Although there were some complicated conditions attached to the contract, Ronnie was able to negotiate it through to a successful sale and in turn was able to sell the Buyers property at Auction completing the deal! A winning attitude and a tenacious, results driven agent is what you get when you appoint Ronnie Jackson to sell your home. We would highly recommend Ronnie and she will always be our preferred agent when buying or selling in the future.
Living in Noosa and selling a property on the Gold Coast seemed a daunting task. This proved not to be the case. We met with Ronnie on only two occasions but the distance was not a problem. Ronnie was aware of all the factors involved in the sale and we always felt that we were getting her undivided attention. Her communication skills are excellent and we were always treated in a friendly but professional manner. We were extremely lucky to have her as our agent and were delighted with the resulting sale. We would certainly use Ronnie again and are happy to provide her with a recommendation.
Ronnie Jackson more than lived up to our expectations. Ronnie is pleasant, likeable, knowledgeable, great at what she does and above all follows up on every aspect throughout the whole sale process. We are extremely pleased with the end result and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Ronnie was a pleasure to deal with
