"Super easy and 100% stress free."
Excellent result! Scott and Bec handled everything including Painting, new floor coverings, tiding up the gardens and even new lighting which made a massive difference to the feel of the property. Their styling was excellent and really showed off the houses full potential. Communication was brilliant! From the first meeting, there was a plan laid out to gain maximum value. The cost of all work done was clearly communicated at every step of the way and there were no surprises. I cant thank them enough for making the whole process extremely easy and super stress free.

Unsure of the statistics of buyers that become vendors with the same agent in such a short period of time, but for us there was no decision to be made. After Scott made us feel so comfortable buying our first family home, when it come time to sell, we never considered anyone but Scott.
