"Honest & hard working agent"

If you are considering selling your property on Bribie Island, then you definitely need to call Sheri Binzer from Bribie island real estate. She sold our property in Woods Crt for a higher price than any other agent even considered. If you want a genuinely honest & hard working agent looking after you , then call Sheri. You won't be sorry.

"Recommended"

Sheri provided a professional service and no-one could accuse her of under- communicating. Her knowledge of the local market was spot on and she didn't waste either of our time on unsuitable properties. She fairly treated me and the vendor and we were both happy with the transaction. She also provided valuable advice after the sale was concluded which helped me with the moving in process, and which she didn't have to do. I would unhesitatingly recommend her to buyers and sellers of properties on Bribie.

"Supportive agent"

I enjoyed Sheri enthusiasm and down to earth support to me during my purchase as I was new to the market. I had lived in my home for 29yrs. Thus I did need a support person like Sheri. Thanks Sheri I loved communicating with you. You are a Gem.

"Review for Sheri Binzer"

We were very impressed with Sheri for the manner in which she always kept us up to date with what was happening regarding prospects for the sale of our Unit. Sheri was very pro-active in holding Open House sessions which allowed our Unit to be viewed by more potential buyers. Sheri's use of marketing in both Real Estate.com and local papers was good and kept our property to the fore in advertising. Sheri was very helpful during the contract process in getting documents to us promptly and liaising between us and the buyers. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sheri to anyone as a prospective Agent.
