Excellent to deal with. Simon was incredibly friendly and worked very hard to help us secure our dream home. He was very easy to communicate with and was very punctual with replying to questions etc. Highly recommend Simon and his team when buying or selling.
Simon did a superb job in selling my home - going the extra mile to help me out with preparations both before and after the sale. I put my trust in Simon and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Simon to anyone, who is in the market, to sell their home. Thank you so much Simon, for all your hard work!
Excellent market knowledge. Personable and responded quickly to emails and messages. Professional open houses with well collated feedback. Kept the seller informed and negotiated a quick sale. Would recommend Simon to others.
Simon worked very long hours to see our sale through. He kept us up to date at all stages throughout and ensured both the vendors and the buyers were happy with the outcome.
Simon was great during our processing of buying our next house. He was always reachable and dependable for every query we had and worked with both the vendor and us to ensure a smooth and comfortable transaction. He went out of his way to help us by liaising with our local vendors as we had to organise everything remote across state. He also helped us understand how things worked in QLD as we moved from NSW. Highly recommend him as your seller or buyer agent.
