I was very happy with the professional approach to selling my home. They delivered a great result and I am very appreciative of this. The advertising and delivery of marketing was excellent. As an older person I found the digital forms hard to deal with, and not having the personal approach with the Conveyancer for the property, rather by phone or email, a less enjoyable experience. The COVID issue made that impossible, so I understand, but I would have preferred to meet in person.
We dealt with Lachlan Walker and Stephen Le Get in purchasing our property. We mainly dealt with Lachlan as he was the one we first met when we enquired about the property. He was extremely professional in his approach and was always so efficient and quick to answer any enquiries we had in regards to the property. He made a stressful time run very smoothly. By necessity, all communication needed to happen by phone and email, and Stephen was at all times friendly, understanding, clear and timely in his communication. He positioned the house perfectly in the uncertain post-COVID lockdown market and a great sales result was achieved. Daniel and Stephen were fantastic. They recommended some great local contractors to make the house look its best, and worked really hard to get the best result for us. They talked us through the strategy, how it worked and what it was intended to do and ended up getting us a great result. They know the area so well, we met them at half the open for inspections we went to. Their team, including Samantha (shout out!), made the sale as easy as possible but also worked incredibly hard to make our purchase a personal process. They worked hard, long after hours to get an offer that worked for everyone and got us a dream home.
