Susan Crook supported the sale of my 92 year old aunt's house from contract to settlement. She was very empathetic and patient in ensuring all the paperwork was met for Settlement requirements. This was very difficult stage for my aunt entering Aged Care and Susan's support was exemplary. We are very appreciative of Susan's efforts to get to a positve Settlement stage.
