We were supported by Madeleine Smith to sell our property. It went for an excellent price, and we were supported along the way with honest information, energy and positivity. I am confident that every potential buyer was followed up on, and that our best selling points of our property were explained to each buyer. Madeleine's experience and knowledge of strata was essential in getting our sale over the line in the smoothest way. She was available with clear and friendly advice whenever needed.

"Hard working"

Madeline is a great communicator, excellent at keeping you up to date with the sale of your house. Selling a rented occupied property is always a bit more challenging as the agent has to manage the tenants (keep them happy) as well as manage any potential buyers - Madeleine did this extremely well. Well done & a big thank you not just on the successful sale of my home but for managing my rental property so well since taking over from Smith Properties. You're a Gem!

Madeleine has been incredibly professional, trustworthy and communicative during our search for a tenant for our unit on the Central Coast. She is also very pro-active, and kept my husband and I informed the whole way during our search. Communication is number 1 for me, and Madeleine has been very transparent and ensured proper guidance as we navigated a slightly soft rental market. Importantly she delivers results -- we managed to get excellent tenants in as our old tenants moved out.
