"Established and ethical professionals"
I bought a property through Trent at Vivian's and he was transparent, straight forward, genuine, and clearly very experienced in his area. I had spoken with many agents and none felt right to help me, but from my initial phone conversation with Trent I felt very confident that he would be the one to assist me to buy the right investment, and he did. I'm already in talks with him about our next acquisition, and although it's not in his region of speciality I believe I can count on his referral to the right agent. It's obvious that Vivian's takes a long term view of their relationships and that they are established and ethical professionals. Highly recommended to buyers and sellers alike.

"Personal and reassuring approach"
The team at Vivians was very professional and on-the-ball. Gill and Trent are pro-active and assisted with all aspects of selling. Their help in getting the property ready for market was enormous. They were able to recommend people for everything from carpet cleaning to handyman to stagers and everyone we dealt with were excellent. Their very personal and reassuring approach was great.
