You listened carefully to the type of home we were looking for and remained patient as we refined our search, something that not many other Real Estate Agents in the area managed to do. Likewise, your ability to understand what was important to us in the selling of our beloved but too small home made the selection of you and Ray White very simple for us. You were aggressive in your marketing on our behalf and we felt your entire agency represented our house very well. "Sold our home in four weeks, for a price we had only dreamed about!"

Selling our family home of 15 years was the most important decision my husband and I have had to make in our lifetime so far. I wish to bring your attention to the outstanding service provided by Vince in achieving the huge sales result at 20 Haversham Avenue. Vince direct approach and enthusiasm made the choice of Ray White Caroline Springs easy. His specialist role in the area, and promise to attend to every detail of the sale was also important. Vince worked extremely hard to get the maximum number of potential customers through the property. His strategy to obtain the best sale price was inspired, and attention to detail excellent. Vince contacted me almost daily and advised me of all interest in the property in detail. I was also impressed with how he conducted the Auction. The final result was well above our reserve expectation. Selling your home can be a stressful experience; however Vince reduced this stress and continued to help after the auction through to settlement.
