I was ready for the sale, at which time I realised he worked for the same company that had arranged for the sale of my previous property 17 years earlier. My experiences with Scott Banks all those years ago confirmed that they chose their employees well and further reinforced my confidence in Zeno. Although I was not entirely comfortable with the auction process, I was pleased that Zeno was able to arrange for a satisfactory sale a few days after the auction date. At all times, Zeno acted professionally and was extremely considerate of my privacy. The 'open for inspections' were arranged after prior consultation with me and planned to minimise any disruption to my daily activities. He constantly kept me updated with progress reports (both verbally and written) and highlighted any follow-up interest with potential buyers. At no time was I pressured to accept an offer that was below my minimum expectations. Zeno strove to find a price that was acceptable and was finally successful. Zeno also offered support in providing information to assist in my search for a new home and, although I doubt that I will need to engage him in any future home sale transactions as I will be moving out of Melbourne, I would gladly recommend him to those who wish to engage a reliable agent in the sale of their own Melbourne property.

We decided to sell our apartment and spoke to a few agents, but Tom was a clear standout.  He made us feel comfortable with every step in the process, was honest and professional about every detail, took the time to explain things when we were unsure, and constantly made us feel like he had everything under control.  We had alot of things going on in our lives and Tom just took control of the situation and got it done like a true professional.  He presented the property beautifully, which resulted in large inspection numbers and ultimately delivered a great result on auction day.  His auctioneering skills were also a highlight  - he is really good at highlighting what is unique and attractive about the property, interacts with the crowd and more importantly potential buyers/bidders in an encouraging but non-confrontational way, and shows a deep knowledge of the market he is selling in.
