"Give Tom a call!"

We decided to sell our apartment and spoke to a few agents, but Tom was a clear standout. He made us feel comfortable with every step in the process, was honest and professional about every detail, took the time to explain things when we were unsure, and constantly made us feel like he had everything under control. We had alot of things going on in our lives and Tom just took control of the situation and got it done like a true professional. He presented the property beautifully, which resulted in large inspection numbers and ultimately delivered a great result on auction day. His auctioneering skills were also a highlight - he is really good at highlighting what is unique and attractive about the property, interacts with the crowd and more importantly potential buyers/bidders in an encouraging but non-confrontational way, and shows a deep knowledge of the market he is selling in. (At the auction he made me feel like buying the property again). If you are looking for someone to sell your property, give Tom a call.

Tom helped us arrange the sale of our property via auction, all done remotely as we are inter-state. It included minor touch-ups and property styling. His professionalism and support helped us through a nerve-wracking time as we could not arrange anything in person ourselves. We were able to watch the auction live online, and he did a fantastic job, resulting a sale price well beyond what we had hoped for!
