Depending on the type of property you are looking at leasing, prices vary. A 1 or 2 Bed Room apartment will start from around $230 - 500pw. Un-renovated houses on small blocks of land will start anywhere from $400pw. There have been several full renovated homes that attract weekly rental prices in excess of $1000pw.
