"Wide, clean and green !"
One of the best streest in Caulfield South. Excellent transport options at each end of the street on Kooyong and Hawthorn Rds, as well as a bus that travels to Elsternwick Station and Chadstone Shopping Centre. Plenty of character with mostly Art Deco and California Bungalow style houses. Wonderful parks and sporting grounds at Princess Park. Only 2.5 kms to the Bay, and just over 8 kms to the CBD.
