"quiet friendly street, that's improving all the time. everything is close"
you can walk around at night and know you are safe. The neighbours are friendly. The bus is just down the street. Cafes of North road nearby. Turn right into north road and head straight down to the beach. Close to bay st cinema and elsternwick. Good doctor at the end of the street. Only downside is it can get a bit busy in the mornings on school days with the school at the end of the street. Great place to raise kids because it's only a short walk to the local state school, plus several private schools including Mt Scopus at the end of the street.
