Everything in walking distance. Very good schools and university. Easy transport to get to city/ university.

"So close to everything. Walk along the river and to the shops. Close to the hospital and public transport."
Aitkenvale is beyond doubt the demographic centre of Townsville - has the best shopping and other facilities. A good place to reside and a lot safer than some other suburbs.
