"A great balance of accessability and tranquility"

Albert St is mixed in every way. Homes are a mix of 1960s to new townhouse styles block sizes for residential homes are approx 700 sq m. Demographicly it is a mix of elderley retirees with an increasing presence of family residents in their 30s to 40s. Culturally it's predominately European with a minority of south asian and east asian residents. Situated 1 km from the Monash Freeway Forster Rd entry and also 1 km from Mt Waverley railway station and 800m from Mt Waverley village shopping (a flat walk too!). Alternative shopping and cinemas are 1.2km away in the Pinewood shopping centre. Mt Waverley High School zone (2km and bus route). The Valley Reserve is 800m away with it's natural bush setting, walking tracks and BBQ facilities
