Whats it like in Albion these days? I hear the area is on the rise but is it safe?

Hey Ben! Albion is quiet with residents tending to keep to themselves... there aren't really many places to loiter either with only a small set of strip shops on Perth street. Albion train station has a police presence which is also reassuring.

Albion is a pretty safe pocket of the west, as it's removed from the main CBD of Sunshine. The community is very engaged and very friendly. Always locals around the park and shops, so not a lot of opportunity for crime.
