Why has Hepburn Ave westbound at the freeway exits in morning peak hour has gotten so busy?
Alexander Heights, WA 6064 is located within the Wanneroo local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
It never used to be this bad - now you can wait for 3 light changes at Kingsley Drive before getting through.

Hi Bluetopaz, I honestly think that all this congestion around freeway exit is due to new developments in surrounding suburbs.
So for suburbs like Landsdale, Darch and Madeley this freeway exit is closest and in last couple of years there has been explosion of new developments.
Stockland has sold thousands new blocks in last couple of years. I work around the area and can be very frustrating sometimes with so many cars on the road.
