Hi Rafael, there are multiple established gyms in the Mooloolaba/Alexandra Headland area, such as Jetts, Healthworks and CrossFit with the demand growing within the fitness industry. I would say the average age is around 35-40 and most of the locals are into sports and activities such as Surfing, Mountain Climbing, diving, fishing, football, bike riding, swimming, kayaking and much more.
Surfing is great across the whole Sunshine Coast with Alexandra Headland being one of the most popular surf spots.
