"Between St Kilda and Chapel St"
You're spoilt for choice when going out in this area - Chapel Street and all it has to offer in 1 direction and St Kilda in the other.
While it is a reasonably busy road, the traffic isn't too noisy because it moves smoothly.
East St Kilda is a fairly green area and there are parks along the street as well as a Fitness First Gym / tennis courts.
