"a good place for students, singles and couples to rent or buy their first place"
impossible to park, some flatblocks provide parking for their owners/renters but people from other suburbs sometimes block them in. A good street for investors, no matter what condition the flat/home is in. Close to Dandenong Road where buses and trams drive through, Wando Grove can be a bit dark at nighttime, plenty of pets to pat on your way home, if you like that sort of thing! Around the corner is Orrong Road which has medical faciitlies and a mini shopping mall. This area is cheaper and still close to Prahran/St Kilda. Some flat blocks look cluttered, and a bit run down but don't let that put you off. Students will be able to drive easily to Universities from there, or better still, catch public transport where they want to go! Malvern shopping centre is also close by in a car and is a good shopping area for cheapies because it is a richer area, anyone that shops there benefits from the sales and giveaways(supermarket)
