Is it alright to buy a property on Rowe Street that is opposite the train station?
Alphington, VIC 3078 is located within the Darebin local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Some properties on Rowe Street in Alphington are just opposite the train station and a small sub-station. Would these factors decrease the resale value of such properties given the noise and the possible electromagnetic radiation? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks :)
