"Best of the best"
The new and the old homes on Andrew ave are stunning and boast a lifestyle for families, couples and retirees. The beautiful, large blocks stand a lavish retreat for the lucky owners with only minutes walk to king william road. With nearby private schools, upmarket boutiques, dining and parks it's no wonder Andrew ave is one of the top districts in the eastern suburbs.

Andrew Avenue is located in the heart of Millswood, an exclusive suburb just to the south of Adelaide.
Each home is situated on a large block, with well-manicured gardens, plenty of parking and spacious homes. Some of the very well-off residents are going through the process of knocking down the old family home and building brand new architecturally designed homes that are much better suited to post-retirement. The homes are very tightly held, and resale values are high.
