"A nice residential area not too far from the CBD"
Just to the south of Adelaide, Lloyd Avenue is a tree-lined street with a range of cottages and bungalows. It is a good spot for first home owners, families and retirees.
There are lots of facilities nearby, including busy Goodwood Road and its shops and cafés, huge supermarkets on Cross Road and in Unley, and the exclusive cafe strip in Hyde Park. The CBD is easily accessible by bus.
The only thing to note is that traffic along Goodwood Road can be busy and chaotic, so try to steer clear of here at peak hour.
