A great street in a great suburb with direct access to the paths, bushland and open spacesYellagonga Regional park and Lake Joondalup - just a few minutes walk from bus stops and the local shops with lovely little restaurant (basil and Tom), bottle shop, hair dresser etc - also walk to doctor and vet. As it is a no through road you don't get much traffic but you can sometimes hear traffic on Ocean reef road. Traffic does get very bad sometimes at the junction with Ocean Reef and Edgewater drive but only at peak times and can be avoided. It is not very close to local primary school - at least 20-30 minute walk up-hill but still possible - also about a 30 minute walk to the train station. Edgewater itself is very well positioned with all the services of Joondalup only 10-15 drive minutes drive and the beach at Mullaloo (fabulous) is about the same travelling time.The people living on the street generally keep to themselves and there do appear to be quite a few long term residents with a happy mix of older couples and young families.The road does attract dog walkers on a weekend and there is always the seasonal frog invasion - not terrible - quite sweet really.
