"Family favourite"
Apple Grove in Bayswater is ideally located just behind JW Mason Reserve which is a lovely park and community gardens.
It's also within easy reach of Wantirna Mall, the Dandenong Creek Trail, public transport and schools.
As a Property Manager I can say this is a popular street and area with tenants, so if you're thinking of buying an investment property here it will be rented easily.
