"Magical Myrtle Street"
Myrtle Street Bayswater is only a few minutes walk to cafes, eateries, boutiques and Bayswater shopping centre so you will never have to wander far from home, plus is only a short stroll to the local train station. The excellent location allows for easy accessibility around the eastern suburbs and a quick drive to Eastlink, which will see you in the city in about 35 minutes.
A lot of families live on this street and many of the property as being developed by investors as they have big blocks and are in a great popular location. I'm a Property Manager in Bayswater and can say this is one of the more popular streets with tenants.
