"Close to everything"
Cameron Close in Bayswater has everything you need at your fingertips; kindergarten, Bayswater West Primary School, Bayswater South Primary School, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School, bus stop, Sasses Avenue Recreation Reserve, as well as Bayswater Railway Station and Bayswater shopping precinct at your disposal.
It's only small but the property I rented for a landlord of mine in this street was snapped up quickly by a lovely family.
As a local Property Manager in Bayswater I know this is a great pocket to live, buy or invest in!

its a great little location for single or couples great friendly neighbours very safe
my personal opinion i wouldnt recomend to people with little kids currently alot of young couples live here
