"A cut above nondescript"
There is nothing particularly outstanding about Armstrong Rd. I would describe it as 'neutral'. While there is a mildly unsavoury element in the area (one trashed letter box), Armstrong Rd itself seems reasonably devoid of offensive individuals/groups. The major drawcard is its close proximity to Canning River Reserve which is great for family get-togethers or simply going for a pleasant stroll. There is a primary school on Armstrong Rd, which would appeal to young families.
