Hi Klrralee
We now have our very own coffee shop here in Ashby itself :) in my personal opinion , these guys do the best Mocca :) I don't drink coffee but my son said the coffee is great too . Its called Ashby Coffee House located at the new neighbour hood center . I often grab a cuppa when working local as a real estate agent. It might not seem the obvious choice, but the Botanic Golf just up the road on Joondalup Dr has a good cafe for coffee and desert.
