Ooo this is a hard one , I'm the local Ashby property consultant and I have sold over 87 homes in Ashby , so i have a soft spot for this intimate little suburb .... Its like picking your favorite child ...Haha . I love the park end of Conti Rd , I know lots of the residents & its great outlook onto the park also the bush land forever at the bottom of the street is a bonus too . I also like the streets up at Seurat loop, Matisse St & Castagano Approach, they are elevated and have a great view across to Joondalup lake . The evening sunsets are beautiful :) Reinagle is another good Street, again lovely residents and the whole st decorate their homes a Christmas .
