"Perfect for everyone!"
With only a 2 minute walk to the tram to the city. Two minute walk to public transport... Short walk to resturants, shops & bars on Jetty Road and so close to Glenelg's premier foreshore...

"PERFECT FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS, FAMILIES OR RETIREES"
Two minute walk to the city bay tram. Two minute walk to buses. Short walk to Jetty Road shops & restaurants, supermarket, bars, the marina & the beach. We used to have two cars now we have only one because everything is so close! Also, because we are short walk away from all the action we dont have to worry about all the noise, the tourists & transient population passing by at all hours of the day & night. You just cant go wrong - We wouldnt want to live anywhere else!
