"A great little street"
Ayr Street boasts one thing: Nice Neighbours. Locals in the area are really nice and will generally make the effort to know who you are. Safe location, close to buses which can take you to Box Hill Centro, Forest Hill Chase SC, Burwood Heights or Mount Waverley Shops. Woolworths within walking distance along with a $2 shop, hairdressers and Genesis Gym is 2 mins walk! Resale value huge!
