Lovely views of Bass Strait,great country feel and friendly neighbours make living here a delight.
Summer nights are so easy with cooling southerly breezes..
As mentioned also walking distance to Smiths Beach and the Phillip Island Motor Circuit.
For the young family, walking distance to the Newhaven College
