Balmoral Crescent is just 10 minutes walk from central Drouin (shops, schools, rail, bus) but has benefits of cul-de-sac quietness. Overlooking the tennis courts and surrounding bushland, the views to the hills to the north are peaceful and green.
Low traffic, convenient, sought after area, this street is one of the best in central Drouin.
