"One of Templestowe's oldest but nicest luxury streets"
Bamfield Close is tucked away off Williamsons Road and is home to some of the nicer mansions in Templestowe. Many of these homes were built in the 1980's, some are starting to show their age also, like "The Castle" a tudor style home which is a landmark to all that live in the area. It's a dead end which ever way you go down Bamfield which has the added benefit of very low traffic. The views up toward Doncaster Shoppingtown are nice. Homes would start around the $1 million mark with some approaching $3.5 million.
