Thinking of getting a lot at Calleya estate..how bad is the noise from Jandakot airport?

Calleya is beneath the downwind leg of the circuit for runway 06R / 24L which is typically used for circuit training at Jandakot. If runway 24L is in use then yes there will be a little noise; however the planes taking off will have backed off the engines before flying over Calleya, so the noise should be no more significant than living in other areas such as Leeming, Atwell, Piara Waters, Canning Vale....... best thing to do is take a drive and listen for yourself; as a pilot I'm biased though :)
