Can someone please tell me if Banksia Grove is a good area or not??
We are wanting to buy a house but I have heard Banksia Grove is not a good area.. Is that all of Banksia Grove or certain areas? What is the area between the new primary school and high school like? Please we need your thoughts.. The houses are so cheap and I am curious why...

You ask a very strange Q? What's a good area? Does it flood? Is there sunshine? Does it rain there in winter? Are there any shops? Buses? People? Nutters? Idiots? Criminals? Pedo types?? BG is a regular big city Burb. Who lives in your street or next door is never your choice.
Just pray God is kind to you and evil stays away.
BG is a great Burb. And will only get better as more millions get spent in the area. All life is a risk. But as far as BG goes, it's an entry level place in a great location not far from the coast for cool evening summer breezes
What more can you ask for?
