The new Banksia Grove - Parks & Infrastructure.
Banksia Grove, WA 6031 is located within the Wanneroo local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
We are building in the 'new' Banksia Grove (Stage 25). Does anyone have any feedback on this side of the suburb? We are also wondering when the parks and town centre are due for completion? Will a petrol station be included? And how long does it take to reach the freeway in peak hour?

The parks are being completed as the development progresses. The main central parks (Discovery Park and Honey Possum Park) are progressing well with living stream, grassed areas, amphitheatre and walkways completed. The two parks in Stage 25 are planned to commence construction later this year. The district shopping centre is at the early planning stage with the developer working at securing tenants so the final design can be submitted to Council. Construction of the first stage will start in 2013/2014. It takes around 10 mins to reach the Freeway in peak hour at the moment. The community is building up with a great spirit and local events being well attended.
