"Close to everything you need, without the noise"
Barton Drive Kiama Downs is in close proximity to schools, childcare (within 10 minute walk to 3 preschools - 2 in the street), shops, public transport, medical facilities, parks and within 10 minute walk to Jones Beach. Like all streets it does have a fair bit of traffic but is not noisy - it is close enough to Riverside Drive for easy access to and from the area but insulated from the noise.
This area is expensive but with all the facilities, it is worth it.
